Sigma Brush Haul

Hello Lovelies!

Sorry for my absence. I've been so busy lately and I've kind of been lacking blog-spiration too. I just have kind of hit a mental block as for what to write about but I'm hoping to power through!

Also if any of you lovely people know how to get the falling snowflake effect at the top of your blog will you please let me know because I spent awhile googling it the other day but no success what had! Sadface!

Anyway, if you follow me on twitter you will have seen my excitement about Sigma's Black Friday sale where they offered free international shipping! I have loved Sigma's brushes for ages now and had a little list of brushes that I've wanted to get for ages but the cost of the shipping always put me off (Like in my ELF haul, free shipping always gives me the push to make the purchase...oops!) so as soon as I got the email to tell me they had free shipping I was on the website adding the brushes I wanted to my basket and making the purchase! YAY!

The first brush I was eyeing up was the F82 Round Top Kabuki. I think that this brush is very similar to the Real Techniques Buffing Brush which I love and I would defiantly buy another one of them but unfortunately they don't sell it separately and I don't want another one of the sets. So instead I decided to pick this one up to see how it compares. It is abit denser than the Real Techniques brush but it is just as soft, if not more than the Buffing Brush. I'm loving this so far! It's $18 on the website.

The next two brushes are quite similar actually I picked up the E25 Blending Eye Brush and the E35 Tapered Blending Eye Brush. I think the E25 is meant to be a dupe for the MAC 217 brush (I don't actually own this but I have read reviews saying that!) Again these are two of the softest brushes I have ever felt! I love them! I haven't had any problems with shedding with these brushes and from previous Sigma purchases I think that the quality of their brushes are absolutely amazing for the prices! The E25 is $10 and the E35 is $12 on the website.

Also since I spent over $30 on the website Sigma gave me a little freebie which I was really excited about! I got a mini E10 Eyeliner Brush...and it's PINK! I love when companies give a free gift with purchase, I'm so easily pleased!

I would thoroughly recommend the Sigma brushes, I think they are very comparable to the MAC brushes and they are so much cheaper! I just wish that Sigma was more readily available in shops etc!

  1. I haven't tried Sigma brushes yet because I've always been put off by the shipping fee. I can't believe I missed the free shipping during Black Friday!
