My Five 2013 Resolutions

Hello Lovelies!

Today I wanted to share with  you my own personal resolutions/goals for the year of 2013! Now I'm not normally one for the resolutions. I always start off with great intentions and normally loose interest in the first week or so. But this year will be different (I swear!) I think slow and steady will win the race so I won't be looking for results or anything in the first while but hopefully in the long run I will see some!

So here are my little resolutions!

Start a healthy eating and fitness regime
I'm going to cut out drinking fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. Start eating more vegetables and fresh foods and less take-aways. I work in a leisure centre and since working here I've never actually came in to workout. This year I'm going to take some time and stay maybe an hour or so after work and actually do something. I also plan on starting the 30 day shred! If any of you lovely people have done it, could you let me know do you need weights or anything to do it?

Take more pictures
I've always been obsessed with taking pictures but this year I haven't just bothered. I think since getting my iPhone I've stopped taking my camera with me everywhere. This year I'm saving to get a decent camera for blogging with and hopefully that will lead to me taking more pictures!

Be more organised
I always make the resolution of starting a diary and failing miserably! So this year I just bought a note book and I'm going to try and make different lists, writing down important dates and even some quotes that may mean something to me. I'm also going to try to make better use of my time, when I can I will get up early and maybe write a few blog posts, or do some exercises or make lunch to bring with me to work..you see where I'm going with this!
Worry less and be happier
I worry about literally EVERYTHING! So this year I'm going to try and relax abit and not worry so much about what people think. My worrying has stopped me doing so much that I wanted to do last year and I missed out on oppertunities simply because of shyness and being anxious. So this year I'm going to start saying yes and just stop overthinking every little thing!
This is abit of a random one, but last year I always wanted the time to just sit down with a book and chill out. I used to love reading but since I don't live near an Easons or any other major bookshop I would always end up ordering them online and gone off the idea by the time they got delivered to me. My lovely boyfriend got me a Kindle for Christmas and since I've got it, I haven't been able to put it down! I absolutely love it and it makes reading in bed so much easier! If any of you have any recommendations for any books I should download please leave them below!
So there are my five resolutions for this year! Like I said this will be a slow process because I know from past experiances that I will get fed up easily! If you have made any new years resolutions do let me know what they are!
